Our people-first mindset extends beyond the perimeter of our daily interactions, which is why we created our Redwood Cares program. Committed to giving back and building up the neighborhoods in which we serve, our program features a dedicated team of individuals who are always on the lookout for volunteer opportunities to enrich our teams and communities.

Our team inspires us daily with their active engagement in community outreach and involvement.

During Habitat for Humanity’s 2020 Women Build Week, members of our team helped renovate a home and raise more than $7,000 over the ten-day event.

Our team supported community gardens in the south side of Chicago with After School Matters, a nonprofit that provides life-changing after-school and summer program opportunities to 19,000 high school teens each year.

We supported the 2021 Foods & Goods drive, bringing almost 150 pounds of donated items for Common Pantry.
